Getting started · Updated
Help visitors check coverage, build an estimate and find their existing quotes, invoices and appointments.
How to use it
Open Business setup → Storefront. In Features, enable the quote builder, returning customer links, phone action bar and optional inquiry notifications. Under Service area, start with a county near you, then add or remove cities and ZIP areas. Green shows final coverage; ZIP boundaries may cross city limits. Address autocomplete is included automatically through MyFastBid, including for visitors who do not have an account. Under Services, use Service page for rich scope, exclusions and preparation details. Story & team controls your four-step process, questions, photos and credentials. Save, preview and publish. Visitors can send an estimate request to Messages, where Create draft quote brings it into your normal workflow. Returning customers verify an email link; they see only their own issued documents and appointments. Existing payment, travel and booking rules remain in force.
Example
A customer selects two door adjustments and optional painting, sees the estimated price and work time, and sends a request. You review it in Messages and create a draft quote. Later they request a secure email link to find the accepted quote, invoice and appointment.
Need a hand?
If something does not match your screen, check your workspace role and plan, then include the page or app version when opening a support ticket. Never include a password, API key or payment-card details.
